What we collect
When you use Everly Digital, we collect: (1) information you provide directly - names, email, phone, wedding date, and photos you upload; (2) guest-list data you input for RSVP management; (3) basic analytics (page views, device type) to improve our services.
How we use it
We use your information only to: design and host your invitation; respond to your messages; send transactional emails (order confirmation, delivery, renewal reminders); improve our products. We do not use your guest data for marketing.
Who sees it
Only you and the Everly Digital team see your guest list and RSVP responses. We never sell, trade, or share personal information with third parties for marketing. We use trusted third-party services (Resend for email, Vercel for hosting) purely to deliver our service.
How long we keep it
We keep your data for the duration of service (12 months after your wedding date by default), after which you can request deletion. Transactional records (invoices) may be retained longer as required by Lebanese law.
Your rights
You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data at any time by emailing hello@everly-digital.com. We respond within 30 days.
Cookies
We use minimal cookies - only essential ones for site functionality and basic analytics. No ad tracking.
Children
Our services are for adults planning weddings. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 18.
Changes
We may update this policy. Material changes will be posted here with an updated date.
