Terms of Service

1. Agreement
By purchasing or using any service from Everly Digital (“we”, “us”), you (“Client”) agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use our services.
2. Services
We design and deliver digital wedding invitations, RSVP systems, and related add-ons as described on https://everly-digital.com/pricing.
3. Payment
Prices are listed in US dollars. Payment is due in full before we begin work, unless otherwise agreed in writing on WhatsApp or by email. The only accepted payment method is Whish Money. After you get in touch on WhatsApp, we will provide the Whish Money account number to which you should send the payment. No recurring charges.
4. Delivery
Typical delivery is 48–72 hours after we receive all required content (couple names, wedding date, photos, venue, preferences). Delays caused by missing or incorrect Client-supplied content are not our responsibility.
5. Revisions
Two rounds of revisions are included with every package. Additional revisions are billed at our standard hourly rate. Template swaps within the same pricing tier are free before invitation goes live.
6. Refunds
Refund requests are accepted only within 24 hours of order confirmation. If you request a refund within that window, we will return 90% of the amount paid(the remaining 10% covers processing, transfer fees, and administrative costs). After 24 hours from confirmation, all sales are final and no refunds will be issued under any circumstances. Refund requests must be submitted in writing via WhatsApp to the number listed in Section 12.
7. Client content
You represent that you own or have permission to use all content (photos, names, text) you provide. You grant us a limited license to use that content solely to produce and host your invitation.
8. Our content
Templates, code, and design elements remain the property of Everly Digital. The final invitation is licensed to you for personal use related to your event. You may not resell or redistribute our templates.
9. Availability
We host your invitation for at least 12 months after your wedding date. After that, we may archive or remove the site with 30 days' notice.
10. Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim related to our services is limited to the amount you paid for the service in question.
11. Changes
We may update these Terms. Material changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance.
